11/10/24 Update:

Improving Streaming Performance: Engineers managed to improve the zap time on our test server. As a result, they will be implementing similar changes on the live IPTV server. The tech team will let us know in advance before they proceed. There may be another short interruption in service this happens. Again, the goal is to improve the streaming performance.

11/9/25 Update:

Good News!!!!... The TV/VOD streaming issue appears to have been resolved. We are deeply sorry you had to go through this and appreciate your patience. This issue is very rare, and the first time we had to undergo something like this. Again, the engineers were working on a previous issue and testing a new server to improve the streaming performance. Unfortunately, they did this on a Saturday night during a big boxing event and other sporting events.

If channels are not playing:

Try refreshing or uninstalling/reinstalling your TV app. If your streaming device lets you clear TV app data and cache, do that without uninstalling.

If you are using a Fire TV Stick or Fire Device, follow the steps below without uninstalling or reinstalling the TV app. If you have already uninstalled/reinstalled the TV app and still can't log in, you must follow the steps below precisely...

1. Open the Firestick home screen
2. Using your remote, navigate right to highlight the Settings (gear) icon
3. Scroll down to select Applications
4. Select Manage Installed Applications
5. Scroll down to highlight and select the TV Player app name, such as CracklePop TV Smarters
6. Scroll down to highlight and select Clear data
7. Next, scroll down to highlight and select Clear cache
8. Open your TV Player app to log in.

This should get the streaming content working again on your end. If not, give it a little more time and perform the steps above again.
