Only the All Countries subscription package will include everything below. Other subscription packages will have pre-selected countries such as the English package, Americas package, or US Premium package. Note the number of channels for each country may change over time. When using the Bouquets feature during registration you can remove channels/VODs that don’t interest you.

The following is not for the SO Player, Nora Go, or LUX Player apps. It's for CracklePop TV.

On 10/20/25, we experienced a Cloudflare issue that caused all live channels and VODs to not play temporarily--If you cannot play any channels/VODs, refresh your TV app playlist or uninstall/reinstall the TV app. Amazon Fire users don't need to uninstall the app. Just do the following: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications. Scroll down to select the TV app--Clear Data & Clear Cache.

When purchasing a subscription, never try to change or upgrade/downgrade your subscription--Must Contact Support.

Automatic Billing is set up by default, but you can choose Manual (one-time) Payment during registration--Never make a Manual Payment if you have Automatic Billing set up.
