CracklePop TV – Not A Scam

We want to make this crystal clear and hope that you take us seriously when explaining what you may see when Googling CracklePop TV. First off, let’s address this right now… CracklePop TV is NOT a scam and is NOT part of any Smart TV scam that Google, for some reason, has associated our brand name with.

Why is Google AI doing this? We have no idea. But if you search further, you won’t find our brand name on any website where people are stating something bad. Perhaps our site is guilty of a low trust score, which we are working on. Google’s AI says, “CracklePop TV [appears] to be a potential…”, which leads you to believe we can’t be trusted.

NOTE: Do not mistake us for some other service/website called Crackle or whatever. We are called CracklePop TV

Also, know that there’s Google information stating that scammers impersonate customer service, and our website offers movie downloads. These are complete falsehoods by which we will contact Google to remove the false information that harms our reputation. Some websites use AI to scrape content off the web associated with wrongdoings that can wrongfully destroy a service, product, or website. This is the kind of bogus content they post on their websites.

If you are reluctant to give us a try, I encourage you to register for the 24-hour trial to test everything. There’s no harm in that. You can enter everything fake if you want, but you will need to enter a working email address. Perhaps a secondary email address, but you must check your email regularly for our system emails.

The problem for some individuals is that their email provider blocks all or some of our system emails. During registration, our automatic system sends 5 CracklePop TV emails. By the way, you won’t get any pop-ups asking for your phone number, address, or any other personal information. That’s not what we do.

You won’t be contacted by someone unless we need to text you if you are not receiving our system emails. Then again, if you don’t provide a real cell number, no text will get through to you. We mostly make contact through our support ticket system. Either we will open a support ticket, or the customer can open one.

If we see that a new customer hasn’t connected to the Streaming TV/VOD Service in about an hour or so, this is where we make initial contact via support ticket and backup emails to ensure the customer gets our messages. This sometimes doesn’t work either. Sometimes, a new customer can open a support ticket to send us a message.

We read it and reply to the support message, but the customer doesn’t receive the support email message. This is because their email provider is blocking our emails. We have a very good response time where we respond within 1-2 hours after receiving a customer’s message, but no later than 12 hours.

If you don’t receive any emails from us immediately during registration, and none can be found in your Spam or Junk mail folder, it means your email provider is blocking our emails. We send backup email messages, and sometimes the customer’s email provider blocks those as well–nothing goes to their Spam or Junk mail folder either. We suppose some customers are not checking their emails, which makes it hard to reach them.

Therefore, one might think the worst of our service and blame us, whereas the blame goes to the new customer whose email provider blocks our emails. The way to resolve this issue is, the customer needs to contact us through our website–either the chat box or Telegram and give us a different email address. Or, they can whitelist our support email address, which we will give them when they contact us.

Again, we don’t know why Google’s AI and other search engines AI (should they do the same thing) label CracklePop TV a problem to individuals. This is not right, and we are upset about it. Feel free to contact us with presale questions via our chat box or Telegram.
