Here's What You Need to Do:
Try refreshing or uninstalling/reinstalling your TV app. If your streaming device lets you clear TV app data and cache, do that without uninstalling.
If you are using a Fire TV Stick or Fire Device, follow the steps below without uninstalling or reinstalling the TV app. If you have already uninstalled/reinstalled the TV app and still can't log in, you must follow the steps below precisely...
1. Open the Firestick home screen
2. Using your remote, navigate right to highlight the Settings (gear) icon
3. Scroll down to select Applications
4. Select Manage Installed Applications
5. Scroll down to highlight and select the TV Player app name, such as CracklePop TV Smarters
6. Scroll down to highlight and select Clear data
7. Next, scroll down to highlight and select Clear cache
8. Open your TV Player app to log in.
This should get the streaming content working again on your end. If not, give it a little more time and perform the steps above again.
